Important Information about Coronavirus COVID-19![]() The health and safety of our patients and our staff is our number one priority. With that in mind, we will be continuing all protective measures following the Center for Disease Control, the American Dental Association, and the Virginia Dental Association guidelines for cleanliness, disinfection, and sterilization. Our staff will contact patients electronically with a screening form for COVID-19. Should you have any concerns about symptoms of COVID-19 (respiratory distress, fever, and shortness of breath) or recently traveled to an area where COVID-19 is known to be prevalent, please contact our office before coming in. What To Expect At Your Appointment:Please call or text our office number (804) 285-4867) when you arrive in our parking lot. We will be bringing patients in when it is their appointment time to avoid crowding in our reception room or halls. All persons entering our office are required to wear a face mask. A mask will be provided upon arrival if you do not have one. You will be asked to use our hand sanitizer, your temperature will be taken, and a few more screening questions will be asked prior to you being taken to your room. Our staff will be wearing masks and appropriate PPE for all procedures. The temperature of our staff is taken each morning and we have guidelines in place to ensure that anyone with flu-like symptoms, a fever, or any sickness will be required to stay home. Hopefully, one day not too far in the future, we will be able to show you our smiling faces. Until then, know that we are happy you are here and we take pride in all of our safety measures that keep everyone safe! |
